My Story - Sarah Regan

After years of poor health, multiple surgeries, bad skin and the inability to exercise or simply run without feeling as if I were dying, I finally found help.  That help came in the form of Diet and Herbal supplementation as I began to feel so much better and healthier.  Impressed by my results, I started my 20 year journey to better health while working closely with an Herbalist at her store.  I learned greatly from her expertise, however, I wanted to expand on that knowledge by going back to school.  As a Certified Natural Health Practitioner, I hold a degree as a Certified Morphologist (Live Blood Cell Analysis), and I am Board Certified with the American Naturopathic Medical Certification Board (ANMCB).  My desire is to take what I've learned and help others discover the "Whole, Healthy and Happy You".
