Wellness Consultation:
When coming in for a consultation please eat and take supplments as normal. If you take supplement's please bring in what you are currently taking. Also if you have had current blood panel draw please bring in your information.
Infrared Sauna:
Wear whatever you feel comfortable in shorts, bathing suit, ect. We do offer towels and robes if needed.
