How long is a Wellness Consult and what should I bring?
​
You are scheduled for two hours. It helps if you can bring any medications or supplements you are taking. If you happen to have any blood work from the doctor please bring that with you as well.​
​
What should I wear/bring for the Infrared Sauna?
​
Something you don't mind sweating in. Tank top and shorts is most common. Also bring a towel to sit on and a smaller hand towel for your feet. We do have towels available if you forget.
